SEREMBAN, Sept 7 (Bernama) -- The Negeri Sembilan government will improve by re-evaluating the concept, design, presentation, and content to highlight the state's identity in future participation in the Malaysia Agriculture, Horticulture and Agrotourism Exhibition (MAHA).

State Tourism, Arts, Culture, and Heritage Committee chairman Datuk Razali Abu Samah said he received various opinions and criticisms from the public regarding the Negeri Sembilan pavilion at the MAHA 2026 in the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS) recently.

He said the 'Permanent' Negeri Sembilan pavilion at MAHA is a project allocated through the Negeri Sembilan Budget 2025, approved and initiated under the administration before the last state election with a total cost of RM3 million.

"MAHA 2026 is a major platform for us to introduce food, entrepreneurs, local products, agricultural technology, basic agricultural industries, culture, heritage, tourism, agro-tourism, and economic opportunities in this state... so we welcome every criticism and opinion from the community for improvement," he said on Facebook here today.

Earlier it went viral on Thread about the Negeri Sembilan Pavilion at MAHA 2026 which was said to not attract attention compared to other state pavilions, sparking debate.
