Dzulkefly, who is also the Health Minister, said the successful implementation of these healthcare and welfare initiatives was made possible through prudent economic and financial management under the leadership of Negeri Sembilan Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun.

He said the value of investments in Negeri Sembilan has increased 6.6-fold to RM19 billion under the Pakatan Harapan (PH) administration, reflecting the state's strong economic performance.

The prudent financial management under the leadership of the Menteri Besar, he said, had enabled the state government to record a revenue surplus of RM203 million, which is 1,450 times higher than that of the previous administration.

"Efficient financial governance under the Menteri Besar's leadership has strengthened the state's fiscal position and contributed to a significant increase in revenue,

Dzulkefly said the momentum must be maintained to ensure the continued implementation of the state's development agenda and the well-being of the people of Negeri Sembilan.

A total of 859,760 registered voters, including 7,391 postal voters, are eligible to cast their ballots in the 16th Negeri Sembilan state election to elect representatives for the 36 state constituencies.

Pakatan Harapan is contesting all 36 seats, followed by Barisan Nasional (25), Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (24), Perikatan Nasional (11), and four independent candidates.

 Barisan Jamaah Islamiah Se-Malaysia (Berjasa), Parti Orang Asli Malaysia (ASLI), and Parti Sosialis Malaysia (PSM) are each contesting one seat.
